UAL was horrible, inept, and many other bad words before the merger and NJ was in charge.  Their league will go the same path without clear communication and a path forward, imho.

I would advise UAL against just assuming all the teams will come back without a little effort.

I wont be holding my breath as my expectations are low....hope I'm wrong.

The consumers want to know who is running the show and you should publicize it.  NJ was great.  You've lost her and now you need to give teams a reason to return to the UAL. Despite the size of DFW, the soccer community is a small world and your consumers are savvy and want to make decisions on what is best for their teams.  Perhaps you have a suitable replacement and he or she will do just fine.  But before I sign up a team, I want to know who's driving the boat.  Is the person in charge capable of handling these complex scheduling issues?  Can he or she effectively manage coaches' conflicts?  Promptly reschedule rain-outs?  Timely enter scores?  How well does he or she communicate?

CFBSA should just go back to competing with UAL.

It is the administrators from the associations that will work with the coaches and conflicts, Gina White , Shawn Lung, Mandy Moore, ect..

Looks like some people have an agenda with bashing UAL.  The "previous" scheduler who shall not be named, didn't do "my" team any favors when she did not place "my" team in the correct division, despite Several emails before the schedules were finalized.  UAL is still a viable and very good choice for Academy Level teams - or maybe I have an agenda too.  Go back to your real lives and jobs if you have them.

I know that when you sign up YOU (or Manager) select the division in Got Soccer - Not the Director. You want to stay in "Bronze B" - play UAL. You want to play illegal players then "Nicole" will bust you. The agenda is: "If you want great service & top quality competition" then follow those teams! You wanna play "REC" soccer, stay in UAL.........

Experience with...not an agenda. Your dd play UAL 3 or 4 years ago? Were you a TM or actively involved? I was a TM at the time and the group email, well, nobody took responsibility for it. With one person, it worked, with 3 monitoring there is no ownership of the process and it was very bad. My experience. Feel free to share your positive pre-merge UAL experiences.

When will the Saturday and Sunday League Team lists links be posted. It doesn't matter to me which league gets all the teams, as long as both leagues are working hard to do their best for the teams. If one league shows that they are superior in registration and or daily ability to run smoothly, then I'm sure they will be successful. And if Ual is going to give the job to 3 or 4 people, then don't let Nicole run circles around all of you. Hopefully all the teams can go in one direction or the other, so several division levels will still be available to the teams.

Maybe because there is nothing, zero, nada to list.

Wow. I know there's time left to register, but you can pretty much publish the obituary for UAL.

There is still time for UAL to salvage a league, assuming the teams listed on the applied teams list haven't already given up and make other plans.

Everyone likes an underdog story. In this case, its like watching the mile run at a middle school track meet. You cheer for the overweight runner in last place to finally cross the finish line, just so the race can be over and move on to the next event.

Against all odds, you surpassed 100 teams for Spring 2017. Congrats, UAL.  

Sure, you are down from the 264 teams you had in Fall 2016 and 411 teams in Spring 2016, but keep your chin up. I am sure George Ostrander has a brilliant plan to bring teams to UAL for Fall 2017. He could ask for the assistance of NTSSA Cups and Games committee, but since the chairman of the committee has a daughter playing for FC Dallas (which has an arrangement with the PIT), so that might not go so well.

The free-market system works. PIT and Primetime providing a better product... i.e fields that actually are nice and don't cancel games with the sign of a little drizzle.... lesson to all.. don't improve your product... someone else will
