Building out of the Back with Possession (Repost)

Here is a video I made about the importance of progressing out of the back with the ball under control. These possession based drills are fun, and more importantly, realistic.
Constantly assist your team in keeping the drills game-like and helping them see the big picture through your discussions before, during, and after practice. Use of the dry erase board is also crucial to translate these positional drills, to the big-picture.
