Team Merge for 01 / 02 Girls Team?

Is there a coach who has a 01 or 02 team that is struggling having a full roster of talented players who are committed? I am. Despite having a full roster, I have about half (or more) that are capable and willing, but not enough to have a solid bench.  I'm not looking to merge with a team that is in this for the money. In fact, before our monthly charge I've coached forever as a volunteer. In other words, please don't contact me and think I'm interested in putting a $200 monthly charge on my parents. I have plenty of those coaches around me.  I firmly believe that there are enough players/parents/coaches that can form a highly competitive team, cover the costs, and pay the coaches something for all of their time, and all without overcharging parents. I've coached off and on for over 30 years and have played college soccer, and I believe in giving back to the sport. I'm a teacher by day so this isn't about the money for me.
