Remember, ranking points are derived from who you play and their tier(not your own tier) and, how well the teams you play do. As always regulation scores are used for FBR, not OT and no PKs that determine game result(if known). FBR is presented as W/L/T not W/T/L. While BWGophers consults, advises and offers technical advice, this FBR is the sole representation of FBR07, any and all complaints(and compliments) should be directed to FBR07. These rankings use the same software and criteria as with all prior year FBRs.
Feel free to PM or email if you think there is an error with your team or if you have any questions. GotSoccer is generally used to determine team name/coach/club, please message me of any recent changes.

Oops had a response written but didn't hit send:
The tiers basically group teams by level of competition. More points are given for wins over high tiers than lower tiers. Basically the points drop in half every tier you go down. So, in layman's terms(not FBR lingo or pts) if you get a 100 for beating a tier 1, you get 50 for beating a tier 2, 25 for a tier 3, etc. This is accounts for 40% of the total points that you see listed in the FBR.
The teams basically place themselves based on BWs 80/20 rule. If a team is 2-4-2(WLT) vs their current tier, and giving 3 pts for win, 0 for loss and 1 for tie(std scoring system). There are 24 possible points.(8 games *3 points), this team would have 2*3, plus 4*0 plus 2*1 = 8 pts. 8/24 is 33%, so would stay in their current tier. If that same team was 0-4-2 vs their own tier, they would have 2/18 or 11.1% and would be moved down a tier.
Now there is a little subjectivity. If a tier 3 team is 10-0 and only played tier 3 or lower teams, I like for them to actually beat a tier 2 before moving up. Prove you are worthy, don't just beat up on weaker teams.
Main thing to remember, its not your team's tier that matters, its the tier of your opponents. So we FBRers tend to dismiss complaints when someone claims their tier is too low, as it doesn't matter 1 bit, it's your opponents. Play the tough teams, win and ranking goes higher.

Re: FBR 07 May 24th, 2017
I was going to post tiers this week, but with the 1 vs 2 showdown, I figured I'd wait a week. So I will post them this coming week.
ForReal: Your pretty close but its not exactly in order. There really hasn't been much change since the last time I posted them. So they should look at the prior post. I noted last week of 3 changes to the tiers that affect the top a bit.
