Dallas Texans 05G West Molano will is currently looking for Players for their D1 Team. Players selected to this team will also have opportunities to be DA2 (Developmental Players) and have the opportunity to compete in FDL (Frontier Development League)

This 05G Team will be playing in SRPL and in LHGCL Division 1 next year.  

This Team will be coached by Willie Molano, former player of Dallas SideKicks.

Coach Molano brings over 20 years of experience coaching at the regional and national level.  His teams have achieved national and regional finals in multiple occasions.

So will JD and WM be coaching the 05 D1 and DA2 teams?

It is my understanding that JD will be coaching DA2 team and using the WM's players as Developmental Players to supplement his DA2 roster, is this correct?

also, can you please let us know the tryout info for this week for the D1 team coach Molano will be coaching;I also assume we can find the tryouts for DA2 on the DT Website, correct?

It's great to see a big club have two of the top coaches in DFW working the same age group (If Egos don't get in the way). This maybe a good situation for all the FCD 05 West players that wish to play D1 with a top quality coach because their current team did not get promoted. I know they train about a block from each other. Wow, the sting west situation looks worse and worse, good facility but terrible coaching.

We do not wish to engage or create an FCD West and DT West situation by way of parents. Pool training is open to anyone outside and inside of the club. Interested Players that want to come and check our DA2 and D1 team out please call Coach Molano or Coach Diaz.

There is no SRPL in the Fall. USYS has changed it to the National League and this area will be the Frontier Division. I thought the Frontier division of the USYS National League was what everyone is calling DA2?

I see all the posts and they change daily with what leagues and who's coaching. That's the million dollar questions what leagues are real and what arent.

I apologize for the confusion.

Coach Willie Molano will be coaching the D1 LHGCL Team. They have earned a place in TCL (Champions League); I got clarification that this team will not compete in the Regional Premier League (old SRPL) which is now a different league and also called Frontier Conference of National League.

Coach Jessie Diaz will be coaching the DA2 team which is part of the USSF DA program and will compete in the Frontier Development League (Different than Regional Premier League)

I hope this clarifies the situation.

These tryouts are only for the D1 that will be coached By Willie Molano.

I still think there is some confusion. I believe the DA2 which is really called FDL will play in the Frontier Division of the USYS National League. I don't believe there is a FDL that exists in addition to the Frontier Division of the USYS National League. I think they are the same. When the FDL was announced it was communicated that the league is independent of DA and would be governed by USYS. I don't think USYS will have a FDL and the Frontier Conference of the National League...does that make sense?

FDL will be part of (or operated under the auspices of the Frontier Conference), but FDL is not THE entire Frontier Conference. There will be a separate division, so to speak, with both having the opportunity to advance to regionals, etc. In short, non-FDL teams can and will be part of the Frontier Conference. Also, in short, Big Ern was wrong, which happens with some regularity.

So within the Frontier Conf of the USYS National League there are FDL and non FDL teams? Will the FDL teams play the non FDL teams?

My understanding is not in league play, but might at regionals or thereafter.
