Dallas Cosmos 09 Girls-Looking to add players

We are excited to announce that Dallas Cosmos is holding "open" practices, for both our 09 black team and white team, beginning today, June 4th, and throughout the summer. All interested 09 born players are invited out to join us at practice!

We are practicing from 5:30-7pm at Caruth Park, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Both teams will be playing 9v9 in the Fall season in order to prepare them for the following year heading into lhgcl qualifying for U-11 select soccer. Our Cosmos black team will play on both Sat and Sun in the Fall, and in various tournaments, (both local and travel), throughout the year. The white team will also play in several tournaments, in addition to league play as well.

Here's some background on recent achievements for our black team. -Currently ranked #9 in the FBR -1st place finisher in the Platinum/Gold Division of League Elite Spring season -2nd place finisher in the Primetime Texas Cup Tournament (top division) -4th place finisher in the Primetime Spring League (blue) 2nd division -1st place finisher in the U90C League Challenge Cup (2nd division)

Aside from player development and team achievements, the Cosmos club, coaches and parents, pride themselves on providing 100% support to everyone in the Cosmos family. On the sideline, we strive to be a "drama-free" club, from a parental standpoint. We understand the importance of supporting, socializing, and interacting with each other, to increase the chemistry, camaraderie, and longevity, of both the players, and parental groups. Teams spend a lot of time together, and we want it to be a comfortable, enjoyable time, for both players and parents.

We still have 1 spot available on our 09 black team, ranked 6th. We still have 3 spots on our white team. Both teams will play top competition in the lake highlands JR league.
