FCP Dynamos Forming '05 Team- Prosper/Celina/Frisco/McKinney

The FCP Dynamos are expanding and forming a new ’05 boys team!!! The FCP Dynamos ’04 boys have earned a promotion to Classic League D2 and with that promotion I will be holding back my 2005 boys and forming a new ’05 team around them.

The core of this new team will be boys that have been playing “up” a year for the past 3 years on a ‘04 Classic Level team.

I will begin holding open practice sessions at the conclusion of State Cup (middle of May).

ABOUT THE COACH – Mark Loertscher: I have been coaching select soccer for 6 years now, 2 years as an Assistant Coach with FC Prosper 94-95 boys, and 4 years as Head Coach of FCP – Dynamos ‘04 boys. I carry a USSF National “D” Coaching License and am constantly looking at ways to increase my knowledge as a coach. My proudest achievement as a coach is my retention rate from year to year. I take pride in the amount of players that want to return and play for me. I am dedicated to consistently holding practice, and have not missed a game in my 4 years as Head Coach. I formed my ’04 team 4 years ago from mostly Rec players and have taken that team to D2 of the Classic League through hard work, effective practices, and by attracting new talent.

COST: This is what the expected costs will look like next year.
• $1,250 + Uniform
• These estimated costs will cover all PPL league fees, team fees, ref fees, registration fees, equipment (goals, balls, goalie gear), field rental, 5 Tournaments + PPL Placement game fee, and Classic League Challenge games fee (May of 2020).
• The expectation is that we will be able to play approx. 50 games next year at this cost.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We will play in the PPL, with the intent of building team chemistry and preparing the team to qualify for the Classic League in May of 2020.  We play a 4-3-3 formation, will consider all positions.

To Whoever Cares:

Please be aware that the individual who made the comments above is a known troll.  He has been trolling me for 4 years under different screen names, but makes these exact same comments each time I post something on the forum. Perfect example: Right after I posted something this morning, he created a new screen name and posted his reply. I know who this person is and frankly it is sad that he cannot just let go. He will more than likely be banned from the forum soon, only to create a new screen name for future comments.

The success of my ’04 Team over the past 4 years has infuriated him, and the fact that I am now forming an ’05 team just makes him go crazy.

We are not a “Cult”.  Making comments like this eliminates credibility. He says things like this because he knows I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and there are a few other families on the team that are members of that church as well. He uses the word “Cult” every time he posts something as a direct reference or “shot” at my religion. This is ignorance, and very sad! Again, I know who this person is…

I am not sure what he means when he says that the parents of this team are “nasty”, this is a newly forming team, there are no parents yet… If he is referring to the parents of my ’04 team, then he is very wrong. They are a group of passionate, knowledgeable soccer parents, that on very rare occasion need to be calmed down, but by no means are they nasty people.  In fact, I spent this past Easter Saturday with them serving food at a homeless shelter in Dallas which was an event that they funded and organized as a way of giving back to the community and allowing the boys on the team to serve others. It was a great experience and I know there are several other teams throughout N. Texas that do things like this as well.  I tell you this not to heap praise on them, but to let you know that there are a lot of good people in the world that love to be out in the community doing positive things, in an effort to teach their children gratitude and humility.  On the other hand, there is a small minority of people that would much rather spend their time behind a computer (anonymously) spewing hatred and negativity on a soccer forum all because of some enraged jealousy that cannot be contained.

I am an open book, if you have questions about me or my plans for the ’05 new team, I am happy to spend the time to answer them. Doing research is a great idea, find your credible sources. Research done by means of an unnamed source is just a waste of time.

Titans are currently looking to form an 05 boys team. Practices are our complex outside the RISE. We are a sister club to the almighty Sting soccer club. Looking for players who want to achieve their goals and have the commitment to making it happen. My goal is to get you to college, professional, or maybe on a national team one day. There are several ways to reach me. We are looking to form this team very soon. Looking for 15-16 players. We will have a tryout week and will start making cuts.
