Looking for 04 girls to help with roster depth

The FC Lady Cardinals is a non-profit girls 16u Soccer Club based out of Melissa Texas.  We have players from Prosper, Oklahoma, Sherman, Denison, Anna and Melissa.  We have four volunteer soccer coaches.  license for the head coach, and two other parents who play soccer extensively and competitive.  We have had our team together since many of the girls were in Kindergarten.  Over the years, we have had good success in developing our players as many of our players play up due to age pure transition.  

We have a free soccer camp that will be guest coached by Alise Hawn (Oklahoma State players) and Kirsten Saragusa  This camp will also serve as our team tryout.  

We are looking for talent to come in and challenge for starting positions to challenge our current roster and help us with depth.  Our team dues are $400 a year and includes a team soccer camp (with guest coaches), uniforms, team bags, jackets, season (at the least) and video training sessions of game film through HUDL and Indoor Season in Nov-Dec-Jan.  We are 2nd in Plano Premier Division 1 (currently) but look at moving into Lake Highlands.  We do NOT limit the girls to one sport as a well rounded athlete and a players ability to be connected in other ways is important to our coaches and families.  We are a player centered team but our family feel is critical.  Parents fit are as important as player fit.  We would like to add at least 4 players and have had many interested families contact us already.

Ahhh hell...I remember when my dds team...the groovy girls used to put a whooping on that Melissa team out at MSA. I’m gonna get the team back together and put $100 on the fact they still can.

I have a daughter on this team and we are proud of the girls and their current ranking of 18th in North Texas after joining the competitive leagues about 4 years ago. It's a fantastic value.

I’ve seen this team in McKinney Rec and PPL through the years and their growth is highly respected. There are many levels of competitive soccer in North Texas and to mock this team is unfair. BTW my daughter’s team beat the Groovy Girls and I would bet on the Melissa Cardinals any day.

Never seen this team, but NTX needs more situations like this. Bravo!

And the young ladies coaching at the camp are both terrific players.

The groovy girls never lost, you must’ve been part of those cheating lyin Mckinney diamonds.
