Sorry...its just not the same team. The will occassionally catch the wind just right as shown by the 2 goals against Texans (in a game they still lost by 2), but they arent the same team.

Also of sideline watching note, one of those top players that REV lost to D'Feeters is the girl with the 35+ yard throw in.

No offense intended to any of the parties, but these are real questions that I would like answers from some of the members of these teams if possible.
#1 - did ASG grab some unexpected upgrades, or did they just retain and improve?
#2 - While i am happy for Solar Red, I didnt expect to see them come in and clearly be #3. What is the consensus that everyone is seeing that they arent stopping out of them?
I had HOPED, but not expected RS and Co (TRN) to drop like a rock, but what caused it...was it the loss of the ROCK in their defensive backfield?
Just wondering.

I'll shoot!
#1 - ASG simply plays good attractive soccer, after 9 games tied for 1st. They were only beaten by the other 1st place team but tied FCD Red 0-0.
#2 - Well, you have to stop Solar Red from Scoring goals, if you do that I think you have a chance to tie or win
... I wouldn't say clearly #3, but Top4 seems clear.
TRN? don't know, a -14 GD in 9 games and -25 GD by Solar Blue is NO WHERE near the rest of DII.

I was waiting to see if there would be some replies by those affiliated with the teams. But since Ag has now replied I'll take a crack at it.
1.I don't know about the roster but Agree with Ag that ASG play's a very pretty and patient game of possesion. Not only do they trap well but seem as a team to be able to keep possesion in tight quarters eventually getting through. Very frustrating to watch as an opposing parent.
2. Again Ag has it right. Keep two Solar Red girls from scoring and you have a chance. Now that coaches have seen them I predict a bit tougher second time through.
3. Again I'm not familiar with TRN's roster but at least in the one game I saw the defense was unable to handle passes over the top or even 2 on 2 breakaways. Overall team speed seems just a tad slower than the rest of D2.

So Kicks, its your team's turn to handle to ball or foul in the penalty area, and it is also the referee's turn to see the infraction and make the call...
