My DD went to D1 but the one in Carollton for two years and i can tell you she is on another level because of the training. Coach BJ used to be in Carrollton but now trains in Allen and he is A1 with the training. If your player likes to work hard and wants to see results then this is a program for her/him. It's a hour of nonstop training, I would recommend going for a free class and seeing if this is a good fit for your athlete.
