High School and Club Practices

Okay, I am not sure anyone ever looks at this board.  I think everyone is now on this Facebook thing.  I doubt this Facebook fad will last, but I don’t care as long as you keep off my lawn.  

 Anyway, my amazing second nephew is playing high school and club soccer for the second year.  He was held back last year so he could make the varsity team as a freshman.   How do most club teams handle their practices during the high school season?  Do they still practice twice a week?  Once a week?  None?   Do they still play in leagues?   Do the coaches understand a player may miss some practices if they are playing two games a week and training with the high school team everyday?    Do they not understand because your PPL team should take precedent over everything, including school?   Just trying to get an overview how a lot of coaches handle it.

Normally the Club practices pause or go to once a week because games for the older kids do not start up until after the HS season is over. Also, they know that they are practicing every day and have 2 games a week. At least this has been my experience.
