Where is your 04G Team Playing Spring Soccer?

What say you 04G coaches and parents?

Liverpool 04 Girls Dalglish, Beardsley and Keegan are moving to EAL

Also heard several other coaches from Solar/TX Spirit & Texans discussing doing the same, so time will tell, deadline to register is Jan 20th, so things will come together quickly that final few days prior. Definitely be interesting to know which way everyone is headed for the Spring.

Liverpool 04G Barnes (Gold) and Suarez (Silver) are playing Primetime since "home" games will be 5 minutes from where most of us live in Keller.

Hopefully Odyssey, Fever, GSSC, and others join us as it could make for a really nice league.

Dallas Kicks SC 04 will play Primetime this Spring Season.

Sting East 04 will play in Primetime East. Hopefully there will be enough teams.

The plan is to play PrimeTime in the Spring 2012

Where is EAL? I am used to SDL and it seems like the most adequate.

Looked at SDL & UAL but coach is looking for league in North Dallas / Plano area where all games are at 1 location. Anyone have any suggestions?? He coaches more than 1 team and wants to reduce travel conflicts.

Tight race between SDL, EAL, and Primetime West!

I am curious to hear why people voted the way they did... is it location? Refs? Field quality? Competition?

We (LP 04G Barnes) chose Primetime for field location and also like that there is a 3 person crew of officials instead of one guy trying to call offside by himself from the middle of the field. EAL has the same thing to offer... and both EAL and Primetime have pretty nice fields.

Dallas Kicks SC 04 ( formely Wizards FC ) chose Primetime West because location, 3 refs, and good competion. The fields we use are very nice as well.

I find the where teams play interesting. To me the number one priority should be competition. I hear all the fields this and refs that stuff. Have the other leagues managed to pull some of the competition from SDL?

I could be wrong, but I believe most of LW's Liverpool teams are playing EAL in the spring so I think the obvious answer is yes.

yep but I hope it's not a season of playing each other. We could do that at practice for free. Question is who else will be there?

There will be a few DT teams there.

I know that the '03 AFC (Aces) teams are all moving to EAL (they were in SDL in the fall). No big surprise since they hosted the Aces tournament at the EAL fields in November. I'm assuming that their '04 team will do the same but I haven't seen it in writing.

I enjoyed EAL last fall as the fields and scheduling were great and the refs were decent enough. The only issue was that the bottom 1/3 of the clubs weren't as competitive, but Dom addressed that quickly when it became evident that it was off-balance (by essentially reseeding the teams mid-season). It appears that this migration of several mid/upper tier teams will solve this issue as there should be enough of a pool of teams to create very logical Gold & Silver divisions.

DT South will also be moving to EAL this Spring.

Our team has played PSA. The competition, refs, and field conditions weren't great. Think we're going to try PYL now that 121 goes East very close to the Fairview soccer fields. It's a great complex, they are using 3 referees, and teams can pick which day they play.

EAL Deadline is January 20th.

So who is playing SDL?

I believe, Solar Kennington 04, DT North 04 and Liverpool Hyypia 05 are playing SDL 04. But we still have 13 days before everything is ironed out...

Majority of the teams are going EAL from what I have heard
