Dallas Texans Red - Looking

02 Dallas Texans Red team is looking for a couple more players to round out their roster. Come by and meet Coach Vigil and our great group of drama free parents and fantastic players. If you are interested in joining a club with an excellent track record for girls development as well as a team that sets it goals high regarding competition and skills, we may be the place for you!

We will hold our next practice this Wednesday the 22nd from 5:30-7pm at the Farmers Branch Park. (see below for our normal practice days and times)

If you cant make it this Wednesday contact me and set up a time for your daughter to come and meet the team. We normally practice from 5-6:30pm at Farmers Branch Park. (at corner of Dennis and Josey Ln)

Coach Vigil's Background:

He has a National D License.

Playing experience:
Klein High School Varsity, semi finalist 1986 State
South Texas Select Gold team, State Champs
Blinn Junior College soccer and running scholarship.
Joined military and played for the US Navy Men's travel team.
Played Semi-pro in Hawaii for 3yrs.

Coaching experience:
Started coaching in Hawaii in 1995-1999
Coached with FC Dallas Force academy from 2004-2006
Coached with Texas Spirit Soccer Club from 2006-2008
Started own club called North Texas Unite/Rush 2008-2010
Moved to the Dallas Texans Soccer Club in 2010

Accomplishments:
He has taken several teams to Qualifying Tournament.
His 95's made D2
His 96's made D1 and then he released the teams to Coach Young.
He continued with academy and worked with 98, 99 and 00 teams.
Picked up the 01 team and took them to QT.
Ray picked up our 02 team in December 2010
