Elm Fork Athletic Complex
Elm Fork Athletic Complex
of the rainy morning, I ended up taking a back road near I-35 and Walnut Hill. I immediately noticed
what seemed top be lights for soccer fields based on the way they were positioned. After a closer look,
it seemed that I was right. No grass yet, just dirt being pushed around, but the light poles are present.
Apparently there is a complex being built west of I-35 and Walnut Hill. I looked it up online and found this:
http://www.dallascityhall.com/committee_briefings/briefings0810/TRC_ElmForkAthleticComplex_081710.pdf
Takes a second to load, but worth it to see the pictures at the end of the PDF. I hope the final product
resembles the pictures within. Anybody know much about this place?

Re: Elm Fork Athletic Complex
It makes me cringe to think that out-of-state teams would come to play at this complex and then
be subjected to this run down area of Big D. Embarrassing.

Re: Elm Fork Athletic Complex
Railroad park is one of my favorite complexes. Wish we had something like that further south.
