Looking for the right '02 team

in search of a team for my '02 daughter and possibly one of her friends. Below is the ideal situation:

1. Talent level higher than rec, lower than lake highlands
2. A team that is tolerant of family life (kids not benched because their family goes on vacation)
3. A coach that is dedicated to ALL team members growth (at 10 years old, outside of the ultra competitive leagues, I believe everyone should play if they pay).
4. A team that understands families are on budgets and may not have $1500-$3500 per kid to play at most clubs.
5. Ideally practice out of the Frisco area.

Does this exist? If so, who do I reach out to?

FC Dallas is adding girls to some of their 02 girls teams. There will be a group training for 02s Tuesday from 6-7:30pm at field 3 at the FC Dallas fields.

Genesis Elite FC is looking to put together a team of '02s. Girls are not going to try Lake Highlands way to competitive for them at this age esp. going select.So we will go for PPL D1. And no our fee's are not high like the other clubs. And yes I do understand about family so that's not a concern!!! PM me if you are interested. I am a coach of an 02 girls team for Meja Soccer Club. We practice at Stonebriar Church (Mondays) and Wakeland (Wednesdays) from 6:00 to 7:30. I would love to talk with you about giving us a look.

We are a new team forming, so you would have a chance to jump in a help build the culture of parental support for this group. My focus as a coach is the development of all players who make the team. We will work with them to improve their skills, and help them to fall in love with soccer. Whereever we initially land competitively is unimportant, as we will start improving immediately.
