Questions about select

First time going through this "going select" process and I had a few questions:

Say my dd is on a team that qualifies in the top 20 (D1 this time around). My understanding is that over the next year she will play 19 games...one game against each team in D1, correct? How are those games broken up? It is two distinct seasons (Fall and Spring) just like academy is now? Or will it be evenly spread out over the next 10 or 11 months? Also, are games generally on Saturdays like Academy with some weekday games or could the games be any day of the week, not mostly Saturdays? Same thing with times? We live quite far and I was curious...will she have 8PM games on any weekday?

Just trying to get a feel for what to expect.

10 game fall season, 9 game spring season. Depending on ranking will determine strenght of schedule. You will have a strech were you will see top five teams week after week. Rained out games will be re-scheduled during the week and yes they could schedule the game at 8:00 p.m. We had about 4 or 5 games during the season that were re-scheduled
