If we were supposed to be worried about them they would be playing in a league that has the Top 10 in it. No one is worried about Suarez and his newly formed team from the South. Only team to worry about from the South is DTS. Now I do like these Human Rankings and will liven up the party so here goes:
1. SRSA - Elite - still the true #1
2. Liverpool RASE 03 - Yetto be determined at #2
3. Dallas Texans South - Dodging/hiding in a league that has no true boys competition IMO.
4. FC Dallas Predator - Dropping - fast up top and very 1 dimensional - typical 'Texas dump and run'
5. Sting Gutierrez - hoping they can keep it together, need some consistency
6. Solar Chelsea Gio - Capable but need some help
6a. FCD Premier - not the total package, drop premier from the name
7. Liverpool Rush - Same ol, same ol - status quo
8. Sting Mendoza - Hovering, but a sinking ship
9. Fever Black - Falling from the graces of the Indy's, hope they pull it together
10. Liverpool Keegan - Inconsistent again and again
11. DFeeters Hilliard - Adjusting, new club same story
12. Cosmos - Bracing, hanging on to what they got.
13. Sting West - Defensive and need some attacking players
14. Sting Goodman - Shell Shocked and lack attack. no tactics here.
15. Vitesse - Hanging on to a rope in a deep well
16.Sting Central - Learning and learning and still learning
17. Ayses - Sleeper, but need to beat teams above to considered a sleeper
18. Solar Chelsea Blue - learning the ropes of the TGPL, welcome to the big leagues
19. Polaris Black - Out of site, out of mind and then some
20. Dallas Texans Moreno - Defense, hoping DT can pull something together before qualifying. If not, they will be in trouble come in the later years in this age division.
Rocketfish, you must have had a bad day at the office or are a dismal drunk... Everyone is crap and dropping other than SRSA? At least tequila girl had some positive notes in her descriptors. Maybe take another whack at it in the morning after coffee.
Lochwoodinvestments, as for your opinions - well, never mind. I will, as they say, REFRAIN.
Just said SRSA is still #1 and said the #2 is TBD. #3 is in a league that has dismal competition for them.
The others below I provided my thoughts.
Freedom of speech at its finest, my opinion. You don't like, don't read and comment...move on. Harsh is harsh when it seems to be true. Call it like I see it, again all my opinion.
Could care less who is #1 and #2 or #3-#20 for that matter. Just think that a lot of teams are walking a tight rope with keeping parents happy and getting results. A lot of teams are NOT getting results at the moment.
Have a good night and keep reading. It will get better.
I do agree there is alot of parents and teams who seem unsettled or agitated for one reason or another. i think the girls playing could care less, but in the end it is the parents $ going into this vacuum and they want to win!
Everyone has always said that it would get crazy, I guess this is the beginning.

Are the Vipers putting together an 03 team? That coach is amazing. How often would your dd have a chance to train with an ex WNT coach? I have 3 or 4 stud girls that would make the jump today if they opened that team up.
Does anyone have some hand sanitizer I can borrow?

and Brazilian, Columbian and Costa Rican U-10 national team girls. - and yes, they beat SRSA 4-0, but sent at least 12 shots off the cross bars and were playing a man down.Texandad wrote:silentparent wrote:Heard the vipers beat srsa 4-0 the other day at an undisclosed location...

Heard that Vipers/SRSA game was the same day the vaunted FCD South Suarez tied D'Feeters Mbemba. Guess that explains both the result and the fact that Lochwood wasn't on here crowing about it...

Re: '03 Division Outlook
I watched Saurez play indoor this winter against a bunch if Rec teams in Cedar Hill. Athletic defenders but a long ways to go before they're going to hang with the TGPL Gold teams
FBR #31 seems about right for this group....potential to climb into the 20's ...assuming their "full 11" shows up.

Re: '03 Division Outlook
Keegan is a pretty good team, and I would be happy about the win. But the question is did FC Dallas use guest players during that tournament, or did they win without help? That's why it's sometimes hard to judge how good the team is.Texandad wrote:lochwoodinvestments wrote:@silentdad...we tied D'Feeters Mbemba with 9 girls and you ca verify that one! So Lochwood, did you guys use guest players during the tournament when you won 1-0 over Keegan?
SolarPower...I wish 8am games didn't even count! I hate them.

It all makes sense now. Suarez should be ranked # 6 then. This is why. They beat Keegan and Keegan beat fever black and fc Dallas premier. That means, Suarez bet those teams as well. Yep, watch out for Suarez.

Don't forget that there are some girls on FCD Premier that formerly played for SRSA - so in all reality, Suarez beat SRSA too. I need to revise my human rankings and place Suarez at #1 - I don't know what I was thinking....

Really, what is comical, is your assessment if your daughters team. Your kids team didn't make it out of her bracket in the tournament when you beat Keegan. And, by the way, a 1-0 win is not considered destruction, but that is my opinion. But at least you are passionate about her team and excited about the future of that team when it comes to qualifying. I think you will fit in fine with the rest of us crazy parents. If this really is your first time to post on the board, welcome to the crazy club.

One thing is for certain... the days of FCD South Suarez "quietly" building are definitely over...
