Agreed, but this "our local" warmup tournament...I know we are going to run into problems with Monday games if we are scheduled...We should have checked a little closer, but how often do we see a local tournament extended to non-observed holiday (by many-bankers excluded of course)?

What's your point; you got an axe to grind or just hoping to stir something because you are bored?
I used these 2 as examples because they are held over MLk and President Day holiday weekends. I could have referenced any other tournament like Plano Labor Day. If I offended you by classifying them as big, then I'm sorry you feel otherwise. How about low-rate, make you happy?
My only point is, there will be tournaments (local & Out of town) that will require play or travel on a weekday. So the choice comes down to missing a day of school or missing a day of work if the need arises. It's an individual choice, nothing more, nothing less.

Obviously, this holiday is not like Memorial or Labor Day. Most people are off work and school then. @scrappy, if your post was sincere and not meant to be boastful like so many posts on this board, than my sincere apologies. @bronxdad, thank you so very much for the welcome...but as mentioned above, we are just as seasoned to the world of select soccer as any.

To me by Friday would have been yesterday.

Ironic that the 12th seed in 00s would actually be the top seed in the U13s if they weren't a placeholder yet they are on the grid as a #4 and the last place...
Most likely a last minute fill in that took the available spot.
