Spring Predictions Guru Running Contest



OK, to keep it simple,

1. You win a lake highlands round (gameday) by predicting the most games right - win or draw. The score don't matter during the week to week season. Just pick more games right than anyone else in terms of win / lose / draw.

2. The number of games you got dead on right only matters at the end of the spring season -- in case there is a tie breaker needed then to award a grand champion. If two people are tied at the end, the person with more dead on right scores takes the LH02D1 Guru title.

3. the winner of one round of predictions gets 3 points, the second place person gets 1 point, and everyone else gets zero. If there is a tie for first, all who tied for first that day get 3 points for the round and there is no second place 1 point awarded. If there is a one 3 point winner, but a tie for second, all the second place people get 1 point. Simple.

The idea behind this super simple system is that people that miss playing one week here or there still have a good chance of winning because it ain't aggregated. Trying to encourage people to participate.

I'll keep a running total here on this thread. Note that this coming week, there are both round two (saturday) and round three (sunday)... make your picks.
