A battle of wits. Texans threw everything they had at Sting and then some and still couldn't break them. It took a P K for them to come on top. Could've been a tie because Sting missed another P K. Great game in the rain.

Sting looked great today. Texans seemed stunned. The gap in D1 is closing.

Caught the second half of the Gio game, defeeters totally dominated the whole time on Gio side, but couldn't put one in the net. One lucky breakaway for Gio decided the win.

Biggest ego trip squashed? FCDallas south!!!!! I swore you got a new coach that could take you to the top, or at least that is what you thought....jokes on you...sad part is, your stupidity effects those girls, shame on you parents.

I am trying to figure out if this is aimed at me or just because I was the last poster in the string of game guessing. Any case, I do not claim to be a guru or odds maker. At this point in my life I believe I watch way to much soccer for what it is (10 and 11 year olds) so I believe I know how each one of these teams will play.

I will be the first one to say that I am excited and not shocked to see, what many consider the underdog in the matches, showing up and performing well. To Liverpool, TFC and Sting congratulation on your showing this week. Sting most importantly for giving the Top Two teams something to think about. I do believe as one poster earlier has stated that the GAP is closing and believe that in another year or two that games will be a lot closer than they are now and there will be less "blowouts".

First and foremost I have no dog in either of these 2 teams. I caught the last half of this game while I waited for our game to start. While Solar did dominated over LP. LP played smart and played a strong defensive game. I don't think they came to score but to not get scored on by Solar and they accomplished that big time. Solar had to work extremely hard to try to penetrate LP's defense. I think Solar could have countered this if they staked their offense and pushed their line up higher then they did. Putting more players in LP's half would have caused a lot more confusion for LP and more players to cover and their GK would have had her work cut out for her even more.

So hats off to LP in knowing the game you needed to play and executing it.

I am not sure if this is also a dig at TFC or not. From my view point this is saying "FCD South you think your all that but lost to a bad team like TFC." That kinda makes me mad because while TFC has had a tough road this year we are a very strong and competitive team. We have beat Sting Dunstan (2-0) during TFC Blue Cup, tied FCD Blue (lost in OT during championship game)and now beat FCD South.

Our girls work hard just like the rest. We don't stir up drama and talk big talk. We are a great squared on the field and off the field with no drama from anyone. So please just give our girls who went out yesterday with all their heart and got in a much needed win against a good competitor a round of applause because they deserve it.

Well said! It just validates everything a team should be. If your group works hard and stays on track. They will have success. Thanks to the parents at TFC 02's for having high morals and ethics. I hope you all continue to set a good example!

This will all be sorted out soon. D2 will be where they belong and D1 where they belong. The games in each division will be competitive. D2 won't have to park a bus and have 10 behind the ball the whole match. D1 wont have to worry about getting hacked and chopped every play. Everyone wins!

Could not agree more! It's not fun for either team to be on either side of those types of games. My dd has been on both ends and neither were fun for her or us parents. I just thought it was a smart move on LP's part in knowing their competitor and knowing they needed to stop their scoring chances. We all will match a team we know we can't win but sure can stop them from winning. Not shabby getting a draw against #3. Just shows those last 5 teams have guts and are going to make those top 5 work hard for their wins.

By no means does FC Dallas South think we are all that. We have been quiet on the forum for months. Backdraft and $exymomma (Same Person)CANT let the past go and knows nothing about our current team. DONT listen to their GARBAGE! We have a great group of parents and girls on our team. TFC deserved to win that game and outplayed us. All rspect to you guys team.
