I am not sure if this is also a dig at TFC or not. From my view point this is saying "FCD South you think your all that but lost to a bad team like TFC." That kinda makes me mad because while TFC has had a tough road this year we are a very strong and competitive team. We have beat Sting Dunstan (2-0) during TFC Blue Cup, tied FCD Blue (lost in OT during championship game)and now beat FCD South.

Our girls work hard just like the rest. We don't stir up drama and talk big talk. We are a great squared on the field and off the field with no drama from anyone. So please just give our girls who went out yesterday with all their heart and got in a much needed win against a good competitor a round of applause because they deserve it.

First and foremost I have no dog in either of these 2 teams. I caught the last half of this game while I waited for our game to start. While Solar did dominated over LP. LP played smart and played a strong defensive game. I don't think they came to score but to not get scored on by Solar and they accomplished that big time. Solar had to work extremely hard to try to penetrate LP's defense. I think Solar could have countered this if they staked their offense and pushed their line up higher then they did. Putting more players in LP's half would have caused a lot more confusion for LP and more players to cover and their GK would have had her work cut out for her even more.

So hats off to LP in knowing the game you needed to play and executing it.

This will all be sorted out soon. D2 will be where they belong and D1 where they belong. The games in each division will be competitive. D2 won't have to park a bus and have 10 behind the ball the whole match. D1 wont have to worry about getting hacked and chopped every play. Everyone wins!

Great observation. Both teams are better off with relatively even matchup. Most nasty off the ball fouls I see happen when one team is totally overmatched. But the parents keep yelling at the kids to play harder play harder which turns into unsportsmanlike fouls and stupid injuries.

Many people on this forum know who I am. Let me set the record straight.....I am Giovan Claros and my wife does not even know the web address to this site (I have made sure of that ). Why would anyone in my family try and knock the FCD South team? We have no ties with them, past or present.

Only time we played them they whooped us 1-0 (could have easily been 4-0). They have my respect! I can only hope that we give them a better game this time around. I wish them the best of luck.
