Another scenario is if you are somewhat evenly matched but you know that your normal attacking style won't work and then leave you exposed, so you want to win but you are willing to play a very defensive game and then hope that you can get a ball cleared long and catch a break on the counter. The last scenario is late in a game and you are up by a goal and simply do not want anyone running free, so you cram the box with 9 girls and make moving the ball around pretty painful.
Personally I'm not a big fan of scenario 1 or 2 at this age because I don't think it teaches the girls anything at this age. However no matter what coaches or parents say, winning matters to them so if there's a way that someone can get a win while not developing a kid they will do it because winning keeps parent$ around and it's a business at the end of the day.
Thanks!! Good stuff here.

Yes, very good. Thanks for the clarification. So I'm probably going to need some help here. I'm assuming that Kenn "stacked the box" last time they played, and the game was scoreless and went to PKs? And Kenn won in PKs?

SK not given up goals, that's far from truth. I say total opposite. Maybe long game for them if they don't help out back on "D".

Good grief, which one is it. Should they play D or not. Seems to me like THIS team is the one in the no win situation.

There are only 3 subs as long as everyone is accounted for
That makes sense. 3 subs for 11v11=5 for 9v9.
This team doesn't play 9v9.
Cause fields arent big enough to park a bus. Had to.

If I remeber correctly Rase scored one (don't remeber how) and Kenn got the ball out to a forward who was fouled by my dd (bougus call, my little princess would bever foul anyone ) Long free kick that keeper failed to save. Could be wrong though that was awhile back

Rase parents, thats not a jab or anything...it would just shake the world up a bit if SK was able to pull it off.
We could see how the Rase tribe responds to such.

Ahh, I see. That does make sense. Because last time I saw Kenn play they do have that tall blonde forward with the pony tail (being serious) who is a real game changer. I could definitely see her getting loose and getting a call. Was she the one that scored? And could totally see her scoring on a "long free kick". Thanks for the clarification. Should be good stuff Sunday.

I think the RASE tribe would be fine but now that you mention it, might be a good way to shake off any people on there for the wrong reasons.
