SUMMER MENTORING PROGRAM!

As a team that desires to grow in our faith as we seek to honor the Lord with our ability as soccer players, we have decided to launch a summer discipleship program. There will be one-on-one discipleship focused on Bible-based teaching where we will explore how to please the Lord in all areas of our life based on what scripture says. We believe that because the Lord has allowed our players to play on a select soccer team, he intends to use the team as a training ground for the plans and purposes He has for their lives. This discipleship will allow the players to evaluate all areas of their lives including their play on the field. We believe if the character of the individual members of our team grows then the ultimate result will be the growth of our character as a whole.

If you are looking to GUEST PLAY in spring tournaments with an up and coming team, it’s available. We were third to last in Plano D2 2012 season ranked 37 out of 40 Plano teams. We finished in the top 6 this season in the P1. We are just a few players shy of going to next level. Just two seasons ago, we were all recreational players and now we are competing with teams that been around a long time while keeping the main thing the main thing ..


We Heading into the Spring Tournaments: Our team purpose and mission attracted additional players last summer and very much helped created a higher competitive team. Due to injury and just the increase nature of competitive select soccer we have lost some roster spots. So we have a some openings on the team for the spring tournaments and great position going into tryouts. Our summer plans are to enter LH qualifying tournament.

Some more background on Our team: We have players from the north Metropolis region ((Denton ISD, Lewisville ISD, Northwest ISD, and Liberty Christian School, Flower Mound schools).
Liberty FC is also a budget friendly alternative in the high cost world of select soccer. We have been blessed with our own full size field with lights. Those who may not be participating due to the economic downturn or that think it's just too expensive, visit with us. We might just be the alternative you are looking for.
