Who are the top 5 teams?

I wonder do some dads be like..."honey, would u like to play on an LP team? Maybe get noticed by LW and have a shot to play on that RASE team?...or at least Dalglish?"

don't hate LW because he is good Kix. Made a top level team at the beginning of academy only to attract the attention of DM to swoop in with his rowdies siren song and take the team. LW then build another team. Dalglish started out as a top team at the beginning of academy and has stayed at the top Thats 2 teams at the top with 1 being built twice. So behind all of the jokes, accusations, and name calling there is a damn good coach. You should come check out a practice kix. I am sure your coach is confident enough in his abilities he won't mind

What is the point of this thread? And the rankings for that matter. I would bet the best college player from the 04's in north texas isn't on one of the top 5 teams. You can build the list and chest pump all you want but the truth is in 5 years things will look very different.

hmmmm I will say that with the boys the better players now were in the top of the pile in academy. Some players fell of and didn't keep pace but not really any jumping into the pack with a wow where did that kid come from? But you are correct, they weren't all on the best teams and some of those that fell off where on the top teams.

Scott is clearly 5th. It looks like they got things back on track this past weekend. Scored a couple of goals and got a win against a tough Solar Black '03 team. The fight is now for 6th.

I would like to agree but just not sure they can stop the player on spirit. I think scott is a better team but Spirit has a better player. Glad scott won though (I don't have a LP Barnes bias but I do have a scott one)

thats why I don't have them locked at 5. Not sure they have a defense organized enough to deal with her.

This I agree with. If you were to identify the 20 best 04 girls in NTX today and then identify the 20 best 04 girls in 4 years from now, at least half of them will change. Some girls will lose interest, others will not develop physically, even others will continue to progress but be passed up by other, more talented girls.

It will be fun to reread this post (and others) in 4 years and see how the landscape changes. Regarding the parents, my guess is the crazy parents will be crazier, the smooth parents will be smoother, and loud parents will get louder. Intensity magnifies with competition!

Well said PeakDad, we only have to go as far as the second year of select and the player landscape will look vastly different.

From what I've seen, the teams from 11-25 are any ones guess. If all these teams entered the same tournament it could go either way. As far as the top 10 teams....if you combined all three Liverpool teams you would be able to field 1.5 teams. That LP team would clearly be the best. The remaining girls who would make up the next team would be a solid third. Call is DalBarnes. kenn is 2nd, DTS is 4th. The next 5 teams on BW ranking would fight for 5th.
