The $2350.00 is what we were told for my DD's 97 team and we do ALOT of showcases!
Texans are $2,950.
Not sure why your DD's dues are less (alt practice location maybe?), but congrats.

DT FTW teams are $2350, my guess is location is the differentiator in cost difference.

For both Sting and Texans the fees include entry fee for 2-3 tournaments depending on tournament cost.

Any club can charge $10,000/year but if nobody pays that, then they'll go out of business. Our problem is that somebody here would pay $10K just because they can. Some people have more dollars than sense.

Kicks Blue / Kicks Black - $1,600 Includes 5 tournaments, 2 months of indoor rental fees, pick up games & ref fees for scrimmages. Also includes one separate skills session and another separate speed & agility session per week.
Kicks SC / Kicks Gold - $1,890. Includes all of above, but teams are expected to travel out of state for major tourneys.
Uniforms are Nike and run about $200 for 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, socks, bag and practice gear. Warmups are done separately by dads and end up about $60.
Last year dues were around 1,200, but all the extras were out of pocket paid as they were incurred (indoor fees, tourney fees, skills sessions, conditioning sessions, etc..)
This year they're rolled into club fees, and I think net will be less expensive this year for girls who take advantage of all the training.

How many major tourneys out of state? Also, just curious how many nights a week are these girls at soccer? Practices + Skills+ Speed/Agility or are these coupled together on certain nights????

Last year we went to Vegas and Denver Cup. Team was invited to WAGS but declined because they won Vegas and that qualified them for Surf Cup.
This year they're doing Surf Cup and probably one other out of state tourney. Futsal girls drove to Kansas for USYF nationals.
Skills 1 hour with JM or a skills coach, and speed agility 1 hour with coach Edgar are usually done the same night. During season is typically 3 nights a week @ soccer for 2 practices plus skills/conditioning. One practice is on Sundays to minimize parents driving during work week.
During offseason or summer? Add up pickup games,scrimmages,futsal/indoor, team camps...it's no telling...usually more than 3.

Bottom line, find the best coach, then mix of girls where your dd can grow and develop. Assess the rest after that.
Just my opinion.

Its not about the name, its the support, stability, and structure numbers brings. It can just be done for a lot less than the rest do it. Come check out Kicks and see for yourself.

Everyone had thier own pecking order of what's important. Somewhere on this forum there was a lengthy discussion of ROI for competivitve soccer.

100% Agree with this! Find the best coach for YOUR DD. Different styles work for different kids. Beyond the soccer, it also means I'm comfortable with the coach as a leader and role model in her life...but not everyone has the same criteria.
Starts with the coach, then the girls, then the parents, then the location. The club name and cost are both near the bottom of my criteria.

You are right, even getting consistent fields with and without lights, etc. It is really a long shot and you need to have a fantastic coach who is dedicated, otherwise they will move you to a club... for the $$$ eventually, and only if you can be competitive.

Why make myself sick???
1 pair of cleats a year, must be a goalie thing. My DD is lucky if a pair makes it through a season.

That stuck out to me as well. I think 3 to 4 months is the most a pair of cleats lasts in our house. At $100 a pair it comes to about $350-$450 a year for cleats.

The cost of gloves each year more than make up for the lack of cleat purchases.
4 game gloves at $140.00 ea
4 practice gloves at $70.00 ea

3-4 months??? Tell your dd to quit walking on concrete with them. Put them on at he field. It's bad for the ankles and knees to walk in cleats on concrete anyway.

She doesn't, and it usually isn't the cleats (unless a couple rip off), the shoes just break down.
