Who knows, I suppose they will add some teams because it's closer for them but lose others to SDL.

I would recommend taking a look at CFBAL as a replacement option if this is true. The league administrator Nicole James is absolutely top notch from our experience working with her, easy to work with and has the best fields in DFW in the Cox fields.

Definitely worth checking out:

Hmmm.. good central location, best fields in DFW IMHO. Not sure why everyone thinks this is a bad thing.

U9 25 minutes $555 9 v 9 (80 x 50) 14

If they collectively wanted a smaller field I would be willing to bet she could make it happen for them. She also runs the CFB Rec side so I believe she has access to those field sizes as well.

have you tried looking into PYL as a viable option? highly suggest taking a look at it and measuring it up to your previous options.

Instead of wasting everyone's time with your PYL posts and saying to look it up - why dont you post wwhat they are talkig about here?  Or are you limited to the same sentence and same details in every topic.  More people would pay attention to you if you read and thoughtfully replied. Also isn't PYL in like East McKinney?

Why don't you give us this for the PYL?

ROFL... why is it people are trying to boost their leagues on here???

The coaches of the top teams will get together and figure out where to play... they will not look on this forum and make a decision based on what a few crazy parents suggest...

If you want to sell your league sell it to the coaches. You can find their email address on their websites.

Why all the pointless chatter? Where ever the top teams decide to go the rest will follow.

I feel the Academy structure for the larger clubs is about to change! Leagues will not see these team due to in house league play. Play restiction, size of field, and number of player on the field at certain ages will be strictly enforced.

I do believe this could be the beginning of development over winning at the younger ages.

3v3 play will be done the same. All tournaments ran within the club.

If you don't think managers on here all the time, and that the managers dont influence where the team plays you are mistaken.

Also, it has been a few years since I had a DD in academy, but when she was, the top teams usually avoided each other - playing up, playing with boys -etc.

Wow is that far away!

According to Google Maps, "Dallas" to Meadowmere Park (TGPL) is 26 miles.  "Dallas" to Fairview Soccer Park (PYL) is 34 miles.  My house to TGPL is less than 5 miles, while PYL is 44 miles away. I'm really hoping we don't sign up for that.  And I thought the Sting fields were a long drive!

Best of luck with your new league. There are lots of kids in the Plano / Frisco area.

They'll be plenty of time for the top ten to play each other. It's called select.

Cosmic intuition, you want to reduce the winning at all cost, the hired guns, guest playing mercenaries , and crazed academy parents, along with larger fields moving to 11v11 at age nine. We need to implement institutional control. All clubs have more than enough teams around the city to create leagues in house. Restrictions on field size and regulation on play restrictions and number of players on the field at certain ages would be the start towards development and learning rather than recruiting.

Select would be where we decide who is the top team.

3v3 would be handled the same way. Creating what originally was a great idea for extra touches that became just a trophy hunt!

Just my opinion!
