Last years list was just the byes with appropriate number of open slots. That's why I found it odd that they posted it after the first QT weekend, as if it was an after thought.

No, the more I think of it, they posted the list before the tournament, then changed it after the first weekend. I remember looking at it and thinking...Wow, they really did it! Amazing stress relief when you get over the hump.
