Here goes D2 for the week

OK, looks like the weather may not be too much of an impact so let's make our vote count. 

Sting P 1-0 FCD
DTFW 0-2 Mustangs B
Sting F 0-1 Mustangs S
Feet 1-1 Solar

In the long run, I still contend it's the Bus' to lose with Solar and Sting P making it interesting. Feet may ruffle the feathers as well.

Sting P 2-0 FCD:  Sting P found the net last week against a pretty good DTN team.
DTFW 0-2 Mustangs B:  The heat slows the Bus down, but not before they score 2.
Sting F 1-0 Mustangs S: SF gets their both 1st goal and 1st win of the season.
Feet 1-2 Solar:  I think Feet will score early, Solar will score late. A tie wouldn't surprise me.

DTFW 0-3 Mustangs B DTFW will be scrappy but over matched
Sting F 1-1 Mustangs S This is a must win for both clubs.
Feet 0-2 Solar Feet are very inconsistent and would expect solar d to prevail

I have been thrilled with the fact that the only predictability is the unpredictability...nobody really knows what to expect. It has been a dogfight each week for us, and I expect that to continue each week. Ok, here is my 2 cents:

Sting P 2:1 FCDP, I think FCDP is pretty solid, and I haven't seen much of Sting P, but they look a little Jekyll and Hyde. If Sting P can possess the ball on their switches up top, it will get ugly...if FCD can hold the ball centrally, they can take a point.
Mustangs B 2:0 DTFW, DTFW was a little restructured and D was tougher than the first game from what I saw...MB should find a way to put a couple in, but if DTFW doesn't get stretched out, they should keep it close. I don't see them scoring, and I think possession will be in their end. DTFW has had a MONSTER early schedule, but if they can learn from it, they can put some points up in the second half of the fall.
Sting F 2:0 Mustangs S, If SF is healthy and find their rhythm, they will put 4 in. If not, MS could surprise. Agreed that this is a game BOTH badly need. Mustangs have been my biggest ??. Are they injured? Breaking in new players?
Feet 1:2 SG, No surprise who I pick. Split games last year, both 1-0. Neither team was willing to give anything. Not sure what personnel changed for Feet, but I expect the game to be VERY tight. Should be a thriller. I would be surprised at a 2 goal margin either way.

Sting P 1:1 FCDP, These are two even teams. I expect a tie with both having a chance to win.
Mustangs B 2:0 DTFW, DTFW will put 10 in back and kick the ball out to slow the scoring.
Sting F 0:0 Mustangs S, This is one of a few games that will decide who stays in D2 for next year. Both teams have been allergic to scoring. Pick the under through Bovada.
Feet 1:3 SG, Solar Gold has the advantage on speed and will put a few in Feet’s net.

Assuming games are not rained out, here's my bet.

Sting P will overwhelm FCDP with speed and possession.

Mustangs B are strong up top, if DFTW can build an attack they will need to strike quick, Mustangs top crew will drop to help their D.

D'Feeters and SG had tough, hard-fought matches last year. The pendulum began to swing the opposite direction for SG in the spring handing da feet their only loss. SG will continue the swing and take a solid win over Feet.

SF and Mustangs have had some history starting during the tournament season last summer. Mustangs initialed a newly reconstituted Sting Ferretti during King TUT with a 3-0 loss. After a shuffling of the roster new positions cemented the defense allowing SF to level the play with Mustangs. During the last season Mustangs and SF battled for the final spots in the race for D2 with each match being tough and closely scored. As was mentioned before this is a must win for both team. Mustangs have key players SF knows to mark. SF has possession play and can move the ball consistently in to shooting range with multiple players that can shoot and score from various ranges, SF needs to pull the trigger to become competitive in D2
