Good game. Spirit went up 2-0 in 1st half added a goal in the 2nd half. DT had some chances in the 2nd half and Spirit goalie had some very nice saves to keep DT off the board. Rematch game in a couple of weeks should be fun to watch.

I saw some of that game, RASE vs. Texans boys. Not slight to RASE but lol, that boys team was afraid to pressure RASE's backline. They refused to cross midfield if they lost possession. That game wasn't fair to RASE.

What does that mean, not sure I understand your comment. The boys would not play offense?

Did Rase play FCD Gomez? How did that game go?

gomez game was called for rain. They have a game against solar red 04 boys coming up that should be fun. I am hoping they don't get blown out but an inside source has told me that they will win that game. She is only 10 so not sure how reliable that source is.

To be fair to the boys RASE jumped on them early and they were a little shell shocked. But they didn't push the RASE backline very much because they were pressure so much off the backline and midfield it was difficult to get any offense established. The one game RASE lost to boys they were able to kick it over the top and had strong athletic forwards that could make RASE pay for being over aggressive. This team lacked that athleticism up top to counter the high pressure.

WOW! RASE actually lost a game? Who was that too? Did they get a rematch and beat them the 2nd time?

A tale of two halves, but Sting outplayed us so bad in "their" half and should have won the game. We were fortunate to come away with a draw in this one.

LOL.  What a surprising comment.  I read these boards for entertainment value but I am interested in where you were trying to go with this.  So yes, hook set and you have a bite.  Just to be clear, you do realize the Sting White team was asked to fill in for a team that could not make it a week before the game.  You do realize the team only had 9 players and only 8 of them actually practice together.  You do realize that there coach was not even at the game.  You do realize that one of the other coaches had to leave at halftime to coach his team.  You do realize due to illnesses we did not field an entire team.  Sting White played out of respect for a Lady Aztecs coach and his wife.  The Lady Aztecs team is very good and not all of their star players were there too.  I just want to know what drama you are referring to?

By the way, the Sting Scarfone team quoted above is not the same Sting team you played. You do realize that?

Maybe next week? Should be an interesting game.

RASE will be lucky to keep it under 7.

I actually witnessed a LP Barnes couple (both a lady and gentleman) scold and escort an FCD Premier parent back to his appropriate sideline after his enthusiastic celebration on their end. It was quite interesting. Nothing violent, just goes to say....all parents have Passion and buttons no matter what the club.
