Pretty sure the Spirit game happened before the LFS game but don't remember for sure.  Wouldn't say one way traffic or they parked the bus. I happen to have extensive footage of the Spirit defensive 3rd and keeper on that day.

LFS did not play in the 04 Girls bracket....unless you are calling these teams girly...in that case, I dare you to post this on the boy's board.

My point is that I am about RASE'd out. A thread could start out about the butterflies vs. the strawberry bunnies in PYSA rec division II, and it would somehow turn into how badly RASE would beat them...Who cares? Besides the RASE parents?

Those of us not on RASE, really don't care about a team that not only doesn't play in our league, and worse yet, feel that they are too good to play in our league. Sure...if our team has to play you, it will probably be a beat down...so PLEASE...follow your own pride and go play somewhere else. It does you no good to subject yourselves to us sorry excuses for soccer players, that are not as blessed by god with that heaven-ordained 10 yr old soccer talent to be on RASE...right? I for one would actually be happy if RASE played up in 03 or 02 for that matter - good for them...just don't come back to the 04 threads and tell us again how good you are, the GAP, or whatever.

And to those of you who obsess on tearing down RASE, or want to discuss and/or make excuses as to why your team got beat by them...get a life of your own - stop trying to place your self-worth on how well your dd does against a stud team...you ain't the one playin'. So what if LP was able to attract that many studs to one team...a great job of recruiting, I say. Without ECNL at LP it all changes in a couple years anyway.

I am just soooo tired of every thread talking about a team that doesn't even play against 04 girls....

The reason Texas switched from TAKS to STAAR testing was RASE beat the TAKS test.

Oh but if it's ALL recruiting how come a good portion of the team has been there 3 yrs and a good chunk of the others came up from dalglish

But hey without ECNL maybe we can talk about with ECNL club they will go to to take all the spots

I was trying to read up on the news of the weekend...and got a bunch of RASE stuff from a year ago instead.  On top of that, I hadn't had my coffee which takes things to a different level altogether...  

Got a nap and some coffee, so I feel much better today.

actually you were basically correct. RASE wasn't even in that tournament so why are they even brought up? RASE is a different situation and how a team does against them is probably the worst way to judge that teams worth.

so back to the shawnee trail.

Great tournament I am a little sad Dalglish missed it. And I refuse to accuse the top teams that played in other divisions of ducking
