Yeah, TD may be trying to prove a point as to why schedules typically don't come out until last minute..lot's of behind the scenes machinations that must go on that outsiders are unaware of.

I figure there are a lot of coaches and managers calling and pleading their cases about why they shouldn't be in a particular division or bracket. It is better for them to release it early so they can fix it and get it close to correct rather than releasing a schedule last minute that looks like the one that was originally released.

There were 10 teams, 1 4 team bracket and 2 3 team brackets with some cross bracket play. Probably some coaches asking that their teams be placed in silver bracket. I think it looks more competitive now.

I'll be very surprised if DT South is not one of the two teams left in the finals. However, figure out how to stop one player and you may slow their ability to score as much as they did in the Spirit Red game. One very strong and accurate player in the middle of the field. They did distribute the ball well against a #20 team but it will be interesting to see how playing boys has helped them against the rest of the top 5 teams.

FC Dallas west is a solid team and they weren't going to come out and roll over for LFS. Taking on the boys from the bottom end of the league is a different animal from those at the top

If I recall correctly, this is the team with the best left (and right) foot striker in the class?

Or maybe everybody from #2 on down to say #20 or so is fairly evenly matched..a lot of it just based on match ups, etc..
