PPL Seeding

Anybody want to take a guess at what PPL seeding will look like? FBR or some combo of LHGCL QT round 1 + round 2 performance?

I think it's pretty obvious who number 1 will be:

FCD Central Premier:
The only team that plays real soccer and dominates every game win or lose.

Teams receiving a bye into PPL D1:

Dallas Cosmos 04G Black

FC Dallas 04G Central

Liverpool FC 04G Carragher

How do the bye's work in PPL?

Why would these teams receive a bye into PPL D1? Just because they enterend LHGCL QT and didn't make LH? If this is true, basically teams can just pay the entry fee for LH QT, not make it and then automatically be put into PPL D1. This doesn't make sense to me.

Those teams were the teams with the five highest point totals of those who did not make it in to Lake Highlands. There were many other teams who played in LHGCL QT who will still have to play in the PPL placement tournament to determine where they play.

The above method begs the question: Why Liverpool Carragher and not Sparta or FC Premier? Simple answer could be that they didn't register for the league.

The above method begs the question: Why Liverpool Raisbeck and not Sparta? The simple answer could be if Sparta didn't register in PPL.

Sparta in APL? I believe they are a team based out of the far western part of DFW so that would make sense for them.

Sparta is out of Burleson and played in Arlington during the Spring season. I would assume they are staying there, as they should have qualified for the bye in Plano, leaving out LP Raisbeck (based on 2nd round total points).

Other notables that played Arlington that didn’t qualify: Kernow Storm and IFC
