They haven't been number 1 for awhile. Heck, they aren't even the #1 or #2 LP team.
Even a win won't move them back into the top spot.
But, as BigErn says "one loss and a draw over the course of a couple years is just as dominating as no losses over that span."

What made this team targets was the over the top better than you parents that would get on here and rant and rave about how you suck and they are better. Now, they are nowhere to be found. I guess if I was in their shoes, I would stay away as well.
Only hope for the best for the girls.

It's like.... if I had the finest looking woman on my arm, you will look at your wife/girl, look back at me and say DANG!!. Its either at me or at your wife for not being that good looking.. Its human nature. People will find something to hate/dislike.
As far as coaching, LW did and felt what was right for the girls.. Nothing else..
** Above comment about wife was an example in general **

Unfortunately other parents felt or interpreted his assessments as the consensus of the RASE nation...that wasn't or isn't the case. But it's just different now since the unforeseen events have changed the complexity of how many viewed that team and the parents. Some accusations are unjust but mainly a matter of opinion. As I said previously, it isn't a fall from grace...it's just a dark cloud. We had one last season of academy...this too shall pass.
I think you are onto something with most thinking Go represented most of the parents. Which in hindsight is insane.

Go posted as though he determined by which standards a team could or would separate themselves from the pack or how wide the gap was...He hasn't been the same since primetime tournament this summer...

How is it sad? They are 10 years old. I don't think this will effect any of their futures. ITs JUST SOCCER! They have a lot to be proud of and I'm sure will have more in the future to be proud of as far as soccer is concerned.
