Me, mostly never, and that's part of the problem. When you walk around and don't leave the center circle by more than 10 yards how can you really see what happens?

None. I should say there was no way they didn't know as there were many referees watching and commenting and the P.L. badge speaks for itself. I have never seen throngs of players and spectators wanting to take photos of and with a ref, and he graciously acquiesced.

I did hear the parents of an U-15 ECNL team a couple of years ago at the the Dallas Girls International Tournament complaining about the MLS referee who was working their game. They also yelled to their own DD's to not play the ball backward. If you are going to go ignorant, go big I guess.

Sure, I've witnessed some idiots and vehemently disagreed with some calls or how a game was managed, but I'm not sure how a loud, verbal personal attack improves your team's position and positively influence the ref's disposition or his foul calling.
