Two teams,same club, two diff leagues

I am hoping to get some insight into a topic that was recently discussed between a few parents. As our 05 girls approach select this summer, is it possible for a girl to play in Lake Highlands with a club (use for example FC Dallas) but also play in the Plano league with a different FC Dallas team? I realize you cannot sign with two teams, but are you signing with a club which gives you the ability to guest play with that clubs second team in a different league? Any insight is appreciated!

By "the Plano league" I am assuming that you are talking about the PPL select league.

1)  Your DD can NOT be on the roster of 2 NTSSA competitive teams at the same time.
2)  You need to distinguish between "guest play" and "Club Player Pass", a.k.a. "CPP".  "Guest Play", which is not restricted to be with teams within the same club, is not allowed in either LHGCL or PPL league play.
3)  CPP which is specific to 2 teams that are part of the same club, IS allowed (with certain restrictions and requirements) in LHGCL.  CPP is NOT allowed in PPL.  These are the rules that the individual leagues have decided upon.

So...  to answer your specific question:

Your DD can be on the official NTSSA roster of an FC Dallas competitive team that plays in PPL, and she would be eligible to play LHGCL league games for another FC Dallas team that plays in LHGCL under the CPP rules (as long as she adheres to all of the specific conditions of the CPP rule for LHGCL).

Your DD can NOT be on the official NTSSA roster of an FC Dallas team that qualifies for and plays in LHGCL, and also play for an FC Dallas team that plays in PPL.  This is because PPL does NOT allow CPP players or guest players in league play.

She needs to register with the ppl team and CPP with the lake highlands team.
