'05 Girls FBR Rankings - 04-29-15

A change at the top.  Are things back to normal now?

It looks like UAL is rescheduling some of the cancelled games.  NJ is doing her best to deliver on the 6 game guaranty and it looks like some teams will even get more than 6.  Here is my wishlist for games that were cancelled to be rescheduled so teams get 6 or more:

Solar Pulp vs. Sting Diaz - this is obvious - #1 vs. #2
Rush Voutier vs. Lady Aztecs - a good matchup with FBR implications
LP Elite vs. DT South - these two tied in Feb, tied in Nov and LP won 1-0 in Nov
D'Feeters vs. LP Premier - a good matchup with FBR implications
DT Dynamo vs. Sting Scarfone - the battle for 13th and a win

There are plenty of other good ones already scheduled.  Let's keep this nice weather here.

My question is why even do an FBR update? There has only been maybe 3-4 games played the last 2 weeks. Why not wait until some games get rescheduled and played. All the movement was due to TX Cup results falling off. Seems pointless seeing as most of the top teams haven't played a game in several weeks due to the miserable weather. Just my 2 cents!

At least you got the digits correct...  there were 34 games played since I posted the last FBR 2 weeks ago, and 36 games dropped from the history...

My sincerest, heartfelt, apologies to all of you whom I have deeply offended with my pointless audacity...

So to spice this up a bit, I thought it would be interesting to see what it would look like if QT started today (Assuming the top 52 all signed up and here is what it might look like).  Note this is kind of like those pointless NFL mock drafts... but hey if ESPN can do it, why can't we...

So any interesting brackets, potential for upsets?

34 games played between the top 10? I don't know about you but I really don't care about the teams ranked in the 80's. Glad you did get your math right. Great Job!!! No need to apologize.

Elitist dooshbag is all that comes to mind. I don't recall BW's weekly FBR notes saying "this weeks FBR has been updated for the sole use and entertainment of thunderlipz". The top 10 makes up approximately 10% of teams, coaches, players and parents. For those of us not as fortunate as you to have our precious daughter playing for a top 10 team, being able to see progress is quite interesting. So sorry for you that your team slipped a spot this week. It'll be ok.

did I hurt your feelings? I am so far from an elitist, you just don't even know. Isn't this FBR suppose to predict who Qualifies for LH? Hey BW how many teams Ranked between 70-100 have qualified in the past?

Why So much Hate? My DD's team is Ranked 20th, I was just trying to take up for the Big Dogs, guess that's what I get Huh?

Feelings aren't hurt at all. My DD's team is doing just fine. Just don't think it's necessary to come on here and act like an ass and like nobody cares about the non top 10's of the world -- when most teams in DFW are just that. Your comment was specific to the top 10. I'm no expert but I think more than the top 10 make it to LH.

Isn't their a tournament that help figure out who is going into LHGCL.

My take, LH break down for the fall 10-20 format (05's).

D1 - 10 teams
D2 - 20 teams
