Challenge her in leagues or in tournaments. Not just signing up for the Easy Win.

If your DD really wants to get better then at some point she's gonna want to seek extra practice outside the team. Most coaches don't really have the time to invest in individual kids so find a good private skills coach, or one who will do a group session with a few of her teammates. Generally 3 hours a week a ain't gonna cut it.
I will say, at 10 yrs old, its not super critical but in the next year or two the dd will need to have that passion to work outside team scheduled events.
We were pretty happy with Soccer Dynamics, and GFT but there are plenty of others out there that offer good training. Heck, she can even watch these videos and go outside and practice them by herself....

But, she's gotta wanna do it herself without parents push-push-pushing.

How strong of a player is she? If she is a dominant player where she is now, then likely none of these will help her much.

My daughter has worked with Pablo Gonzalez at D'Feeters and really enjoyed his practice. He was great with the girls, gave them very personalized feedback, and got involved in demonstrating the skills and drills.

Re: Which is a Better Club
I would figure out what matters to you most. It sounds like practice distance is the #1 thing that you are looking at. I understand that because my DD recently said that she really wants to practice closer so she can hopefully have a better chance of teammates living closer to our house. She loves being around other jocks. Here is my list in order of what matters to me and my DD. I am sure every parent thinks about it when looking. They just do not write it down and grade the different options like I do!
1. Practice less than 30 min. away from house.
2. Good girls (attitude and skill)
3. Good Team Manager without sticky fingers and good parents that are enjoyable to be around and are not to crazy! We have all had our moments. Who wants to travel and/or share a sideline with a nut?
4. Coach ( 1.personal background and reputation, 2. How many players are at there practices for personal attention, 3. style of play, 4. credentials, 5. how they control parents and kids on the team. 6. favoritism (with parents or players for weird reasons)
5. Club. (1. Facility and practice fields), 2. Cost to play with club. (does the fee match up with facility, coaches, ext.) 2. How the club handles coaches (ex. changes coaches to much or cannot keep coaches around), 3. Uniform (my DD cares about the look. I care about not being ripped off by garbage quality uniforms or overcharging)
6. My personal favorite but is #6 for sure. Do they have a cool MLS, EPL, ext. affiliate that I already have in my closet?
