Conflicting reports that it has and it hasn't. We got called for one in a game today and were a little surprised. Last I heard it was happening in August. Not that I am against it, just wish it would have been communicated without a free kick being given Smile

It has and already I've seen more kids get hit in the face as a result. Parents yelling "don't head the ball!" The kid remembers at the last second and turns his/her face to avoid the header and the ball smacks the side of their face. Very stupid rule.
