As for playing who's in front of you, I typically agree. But don't sign up for a lower division in a tourney and then use starters from a top 3-4 team. It's not about participation trophies. It's about trying to find the right level of competition for your DD and you hate to see people who are trophy hunting - even if their grand plan failed.

He is not with SRSA anymore....he went on a break and was taking his daughter to Sting Flanagan practices and to their ETA camp but he also uses his kid to help Byars Solar. Because I heard she is the best 07 out there! There was not enough competition in the 07 group.....lol.....he talked so much smack about Surf Cup they embarrassed him....
