I thought there was only one Santa, atleast that is what my mom told me. Did some research with my friends at the forum and it turns out that even the North Pole has an IP address. Turns out one Santa may have recently spent some time behind bars for fraud and crimes committed in the soccer industry! HO HO HO

It is n+1. That's 50% of Sept 1st roster plus 1.
If you want to take your bye elsewhere you need 75% of roster to go with you.
Everything last year was screwed up because of AP shift.
