Just reading through this and can't help but notice something. There are a few self-important commenters who clearly think the 07 group is so weak and beneath them, and that the 07 parents are whiners. If that is true, then why are these people wasting their time commenting over and over again on an 07 board, when obviously they do not have an 07? It is laughable to me that these people are so interested in the 07's.
As for being weak, time will tell. But it seems to me, people who spend so much time berating each other and a group of children are the weak ones on this board.

No. This is 10 year old soccer, albeit select. Why do you feel the need to take things personally and be insulting? You're just proving my point.

Tonight at practice the cops were called twice. Once after Kat had the girls practice lancing each other in the abdomen with spears and pitchforks. I can't remember why the were called the second time. I mean it pretty much happens every practice, so I'm kind of desensitized to it

Ohhh goodness how I miss the arrogance and ignorance of the young soccer moms. But then foxy has to ask herself......are you kw 07s as dumb as you sound? Quick start to check on a coach.....look at older teams said coach is over. Performance....improvement...how long the teams stay together.

Excellent point. The only thing that overwhelms foxys penchant for talking in third person is the great feeling that there are some succas out there that signed up for a small bus ride and still think they hung the moon.

from Qualification for LHGCL, bullet 2.j (page 4):

NO GUEST PLAYERS ARE ALLOWED. Any players that are deleted between the Qualifying Tournament and the first game of the season will be investigated to insure that the player was not playing with the team as a guest player simply to enhance the team’s possibilities of qualifying for the league. Violations of this rule will result in the team being disqualified from participation in the LHGCL for that soccer year. A report of such activities will be submitted to the North Texas Soccer Youth Commissioner for further action.

this does not obviate ghosts, but it does seem to indicate that players can be removed after the first league game (well, that and players can be added later). edit: more directly: all qt rostered players should be on the league game 1 roster.
