Back from a hiatus....
Back from a hiatus....
B. Train with a club
C. Solo training
D. All of the above to get back into form.
Why?
Serious opinions please...I know that’s asking a lot lol

Re: Back from a hiatus....
Not sure how you do A without also doing B, but if you can find independent small sided scrimmages, have at it.
Take your time with B if you're a free agent. Go to 2-3 sessions with as many teams as possible. There's no downside to taking your time to find a good fit. Not many players have that opportunity. Take advantage of it and be patient.
