A D3 team cheated and still lost 13 straight games? There is no way that is what happened. That is not a sexy story. It has to be a Dallas Texans team.

Think of all the teams and kids who didn't make it at QT. What's that number? I guess over the years cheating is the standard and accepted.

Sting... again????

Happened with an 03 team during QT. Granted that coach is now with the Texans. They were "banned" from LH for one year. Went to Plano and won D1 there or something like that.

It is the 06 Texan team coached by Van Zandt (I am referring to the second team kicked out of LHGCL). Sting was the 1st team.

Heard that Lightning struck twice on this one.

Same player, parent, and coach. B/C altered on 2 different occasions. Once a couple years back so that player could play up on an '03 team when the player was too young to play select per NTSSA rules. Once this year so player could play down illegally on an '06 team.

It's 11/12 yr old soccer people.. there is no need for all these shenanigans..
Parents.. it's ok for your DD to play in her age group regardless if she is top team, mid tier, or a less competitive team. if the coach is any good, your DD will develop and if she is on the small/slow side, it all evens out at U14/u15 ish anyway.. Tournament trophies, State Cups, and league championships mean absolutely nothing at U12.

Plus.. you are gonna get caught eventually.. It's a small world here in NTX and there is always someone who will do the right thing and bust your A$$ if given the opportunity.

The 06 team won a few games. I believe they won their division in King Tut; qualified for LGCHL and won a few games there. They are also JDL but I don’t know about their record there.

Roughly 30 teams tried out for LH and 2 of the 4 that made it are DQ for ineligible players. Really stinks for the ones that tried out and came in 5th or 6th.

Hey Dick commander. Talking about clubs think they can get away with anything now due to lack of enforcement and perceived loopholes which are real. Not saying the loopholes allow age permissions

For example, played a team that had a guest who played two age groups above that was the right age for ours. How about ecnl guesting. The whole guesting thing is nuts They have so called protections but write things in such a way where if you do it this wY it’s ok. If they want rules then be specific if you really care about the team that signed up to play wins next years bye or was it a lot due to guests

Specifics are always good. How about this? Guests are not allowed in LH, but you can player pass as long as that player is also on a roster from same club. Argument is not that said system is fraudulent it is whether it is abused. They are different.
