Michael Johnson Performance has a great speed/agility program. Depends on how old your DD is... they have several programs to choose from.

Paradigm, only Soccer and cheaper then MJP. In the summer they have d1 Soccer girls there which adds incredible value training and playing with these players. Monthly price is flat rate so you can go every day for basically the cost of 2 trips to the Wal-Mart of SAQ. Paradigm is also in Plano, Not McKinney.

Also look at MAC Speed and Strength. Southwest corner of Parker and the Tollway. They do middle school and high school training Monday-Thursday. It is run by former NFL, gymnastic, and college track athletes.

All my daughter's friend hate Paradigm, and love it. It has made the biggest difference in my DD over the past few years.
