Good question. The answer isn't that simple. Each age group out in NC will field a varying degree of what their DA team will look like. For us 05's, we are still quite a bit different from what the DA team will look like. This roster is mostly the Central Energy team that won SRPL and State Cup. The DA team will be quite a bit stronger than this team as we picked up some strong players from other teams. We aren't done in NC. Would love to get to Frisco for the Nationals but when this ride is done we are very excited about our DA future. I think everyone expects us to be at the bottom of the Frontier Conference but I think we might surprise some people. Will be fun!

OKEDad, you basically played the top 05/06 hybrid team.
I have been told that this team is Dallas Texans 06 by name only.  The actual roster in NC is 11 players who are the top best 05s and 7 players who are the best 06s.  Starting lineups for first three games have been about eight or nine 05s.

They are definitely pretty good. They won their first two games 12-0 and 5-1. I think they thought they were going to smoke us. Something happened at halftime where the tournament people sent 3 golf cars to supervise. We hope to see them again in the finals. Would be fun!

Yes.  I think they are just cleaning the pipeline. 
This tournament was already in the pipeline when the move happened.  Dallas Texans Club had two choices:
1) Pull the DTS06 team out and let NTX pick another team for NC (which would have been the other finalist Kicks Feet 05), or
2) Let the team play till the end.

I bet they went with option 2 that is why the team is still in it as DTS and not Solar.

We lost 0-1 to a solid Georgia team in the quarters. It’s difficult to win when u can’t find the net. Lol. Liverpool and Dallas Texans both advance to semi finals. Good luck to them both!

LP05 Elite got whooped in State Cup, sneaked in through a back door into Regionals and now they are playing for Region 3 Championship, all of that without giving a single goal to date.  Who said Santa doesn't come in June and Unicorn doesn't exist?
