Someone is confusing "Best" with "best coaches to develop your DD". Some coaches are abusive. They may win, but at what price for your DD's self-esteem???

The best coach in NTX is Bobby Bouchee he will cherry pick the best kids in the pool and find a way to cancel.practice or have another coach train the team. He likes to add team expense and and open bar tab on trips.

I would not call it "Best Coaches" list, instead it is better to call it Club Coaches since almost all of them rely on their clubs to provide them the top team/players to gain their fame.

Some were good coaches before, but not developing players anymore. Some are so "Famous/Infamous" that they don't even have time to train or coach, they primarily rely on assistant coaches to develop players. Some even change their focus to their own side business than their teams.

Obviously a subjective topic, but I can think of a bunch of Solar coaches on the girl's side that are superior overall to these two ... Solca, Missimo, Wells, Colvin, Kennington, Grado to name a few.

Make no mistake it’s a money business. No ethics at all! Coaches Hooking up with parents. Coaches cheating end of games in shootouts. Coaches within the same club stealing players from each other. So many times coaches have talked to us and then start slamming another coach in the club they are friends with. Crazy! Coaches trying caught playing older kids....the list goes on. Even the ones that bust out the “God” stuff are let downs. All top coaches should have ethics, some in the group listed above have NONE.

Yep, you speak a good game and I believe you have some merit to what your saying, but you leave us with no specifics. Ie: coaches names or examples of poor ethics.

Really? How can you throw this "poll" out there without defining the evaluation criteria? All the coaches who wear Adidas are the best coaches.. Any coach that wears Nike doesn't deserve the paycheck. Now the question becomes. which clubs are sponsored by Nike vs. Adidas? I think this holds true at all levels given how Brazil got knocked out in the knock out round.. Maybe Argentina and Portugal too but can't remember if they were Nike or not.

Any parent that would consider placing their child's development in the hands of SA's preferred tactics and style of play probably deserves what they end up getting.

I would like to add that Thornton Schmugge is a total disgrace as a coach, lying to parents, recruiting within his own club, back stabbing coaches for his own personal gains.

When I think of it, can you blame someone who is a failed ex soccer player who's only job is coaching youth soccer.
