08 GK ready to move up

My daughter is on 08 GK. She has played keeper for three full years, and has been working with a goalie coach for the last two. We loved our last team, but realized that she is ready to step up to a higher level of competition. As this is a huge investment on our part, let me tell you what we are looking for in her next team:

-A team that values warm up and stretching (we have seen too many teams just jump into practice without proper stretching)
- A team with a member of the coaching staff dedicated to working with the goalie/defense. We want her to grow as a player, not just as someone for the offense to take target practice on. Having a goalie coach on staff would be a hue plus.
- A team where family is important. Our daughter loves to work at her craft, but we want her to enjoy the process as well.
- A team based in Tarrant county or the mid cities. As much as we love teams farther to the east, we don't want to fight Dallas traffic to get to practice every day.
- A team that will be playing in a high-level league. We don't care if you are always in first place; just give her the best competition possible to make her better.
- A team that is committed to playing year-round, be it through tournaments, league play, or indoor play in the summer and winter.
- She will be given a chance to start. She does not need to be the only goalie, nor does she have to start every game. We want her to earn her spot.

My wife records all of her games for her to review her play, and we would be more than happy to send you clips to preview. We look forward to seeing what the future has in store for our daughter and her new team.
