I agree, 3 is the max and even that is a stretch. But can you blame these career coaches? This is how they make money, from youth sports and parents paying for skills. Never would I have imagined someone could make a career coaching youth soccer.

Seen coaches who can handle 3-4 without any issues, and seen plenty of coaches where 1 team is too many for them.
