There's obviously usually a lot of movement in this age (U11 and U13 are two big inflection points), so past performance may not be all that relevant.  But for discussions sake, here is how YSR's algorithm would compare them coming into this summer (I've put Sting Austin in place of Lonestar as just about the entire Lonestar 08 Roma team moved over to be the Sting Austin U13 ECNL team)...

1. Solar
2. Sting Black
3. Texans
4. FC Dallas
5. Sting Austin
6. Sting Royal
7. Albion
8. DKSC
9. OK Celtic
10. Tulsa SC
11. Classics Elite
12. Challenge

I have no affiliation......but I think the new DKSC team is stronger than they are being given credit for......time will tell though.

Good call. DKSC apparently smacked a decent Celtic team last weekend.

I figure with only two playoff spots in this age group and, at least to my eye, no complete shoe-ins to dominate the conference, it's going to be a dog fight to the end.

Any of FCD, Solar, all 3 Sting's, Albion, and DKSC are probably thinking they have a reasonable shot at making the playoffs. Should make for a great season.

Good Questions. Its hard to tell how the 08 group is going to shake out. Given that last season several teams played up, there was the DA/ECNL split, there is little head to head history among the projected top teams and the pandemic shut things down for months, I'd say its pretty wide open. This weekend will shed some light on whats to come.

Re ECNL scores being posted, not sure the games were played.

I think the Tulsa-Sting games were pushed back, but DKSC-Celtic games took place. I was told it was a blowout win for 08 DKSC.

Was planning to go check out the U13 FC Dallas vs DKSC game tomorrow morning at 9am. Can someone let me know if that is still on or has it been postponed? Schedule says it is at Cox Soccer Complex.
