Re: PL/LHGCL Games
Puts Feet in good position to advance to Regionals by either Sting Winning State Cup (assuming Hurricane win theirs) or by Feet winning State Cup outright (same position Texans were in last year).
Only way Texans make Regionals is by beating Feet and then Sting at State Cup.
"Congrats" to Feet and "Drats" to us.

Re: PL/LHGCL Games
Sting had two great shots. One was a great save by the HFC keeper, the other shot went wide. They may have had more shots, those are the only two I remember being dangerous.
HFC scored the first half on a great shot by a midfielder. The second score was from a foward during the second half.
IMO, HFC held possession very well and definitely had quite a few more shots on goal. It was a very good game! Fouls seemed minimal, although there were a few...
Switching games to Sunday, I was very impressed with Solar's defense!

Re: PL/LHGCL Games
I think Solar was helped by the narrow field Sunday. It had to be 10-15 yards more narrow than the one next to it that had 97's playing.

The other difference is a new coach. Don't know if the new guy is better or just a change in voice or some combination. All and all very impressive.
Congrats to the Hurricanes!
